Training Plan



The Training Plan with Physical Assessment encompasses assessing the Initial Physical Condition, establishing limits, and pace of the training program through respiratory capacity, body composition, postural assessment, degree of joint flexibility, body measurements, and specific tests. With the data collected in the physical assessment and with defined objectives, a training program is created in the short, medium, or long term.

**If you are not yet a member of any of the clubs, you will have to pay the initial registration fee in addition to the monthly fee and personal accident insurance. Please choose the option that best applies. The membership card must be collected at one of the clubs’ reception.
